About The Job:
- Experience ( Relevant) : 5+ years
- Shift Timings : Morning or Afternoon
- Top 3 skills which is mandatory ADLS, ADF, Azure Databricks, Azure Synapse, Azure SQL, Snowflake, and Power BI
Essential Job Functions:
- Demonstrated ability to support ADF, Azure SQL, Databricks, Snowflake, and PBI in production environments
- Effective operation in a 24×7 support model with rotating shifts
- Monitor production data pipelines on a 24×7 basis Perform initial incident triage and severity classification
- Execute documented runbooks and standard recovery procedures
- Maintain incident communications, ticket updates, and status reporting
- Escalate unresolved incidents to Level 2 with relevant diagnostic context
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Strong experience in Azure Data Services and production support
- Experience with data pipeline monitoring and incident handling
