Analyst Sales Operations

About The Job:

• The Sales Ops Analyst, functions as an integral part of the sales operations team to manage compensations processes for WW Sales Organization Reps, managing compensation rules in the compensation tool, reporting around attainment, Quota setting for sales rep, making sure that compensation and revenue actuals are followed and completed within the required timelines provided.
• The Sales Ops Analyst will develop, implement and utilize processes and tools to enable the sales life-cycle; analyze and report order pipeline, bookings, forecasting, sales productivity and goal attainment.
• We are looking for energetic, engaging individuals who appreciate working with data, complex rules, orders, attainment etc.
• Reporting to the Manager, this position is responsible for interacting on a regular basis with WW Sales & Sales Operations teams etc.

Essential Job Functions:

• Manage multiple concurrent projects and initiate, drive projects to completion with minimal guidance
• Assist the sales operations manager in understanding process bottlenecks and inconsistencies to implement data enrichment processes to improve sales team’s performance
• Engage and work with aligned operations teams and lines of business to more effectively achieve data needs and analysis results
• Develop and maintain sales analytics reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights that support data-driven decision-making for the sales and executive leadership teams
• Optimize sales and operational efficiency through innovative thinking, process improvement and system enhancements and best practice sharing
• Augment data quality assurance processes by putting in place required QA activities to manage sanity, correctness, quality of data to ensure trust among end consumers stakeholders and accurate payouts to reps
• Apply data cleansing techniques to improve the quality and accuracy of contacts and accounts databases and develop processes and methods for acquiring net new names to our database

Qualifications:
Skills

• 4-7 years of work experience
• Bachelor’s Degree (MBA preferred)
• Project Management experience in handling complex projects with multiple stakeholders
• Experience of having worked in sales operations
• Expert in Microsoft Excel (creation of multi-variable models; fuzzy logic matching, use of v-lookups, h-lookups, sum-if, pivots, etc.) and PowerPoint (linking PPT to excel, embedded charts, etc.)
• Expert in creating Excel VBA Macros and automate many excel based reports
• Experience using tools & platforms such as Client, Power BI, Tableau
• Working knowledge of MS Access & SQL
• Highly organized, and pays attention to details
• Ability to work under minimal supervision, a strong team player
• Strong Analytical skills
• Strong project management skills
• Ability to work under tight schedules & have flexibility to work under different time zone at times
• Education
  • B.Tech / MCA
