Why This Role Exists

We are not looking for a "Social Media Manager" to post updates and monitor comments. We need a Content Architect and Growth Operator who understands the mechanics of virality and the leverage of a creator ecosystem.

This role exists to transform our organic social presence into a high-performance acquisition channel. You will bridge the gap between creative storytelling and algorithmic performance, ensuring our Reels, Shorts, and Creator partnerships aren't just "aesthetic"-they are engineered for reach, retention, and revenue. By building a scalable Creator Program, you provide the Founder and Marketing Team with massive leverage, turning our brand into a content powerhouse that operates far beyond the capacity of a traditional internal team.

What You'll Be Responsible For (Outcomes)

  • Architect and execute a high-velocity short-form video strategy across Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn. You own the hook, the script, and the retention logic that forces the algorithm to distribute our content.
  • Design, launch, and scale our Creator Program from the ground up. This includes structuring incentive models, creating "Virality Playbooks," and building the infrastructure to manage a fleet of external voices.
  • Provide strategic input on high-level assets-including website headlines, campaign visuals, and landing page structures-ensuring a cohesive, conversion-focused narrative across all touchpoints.
  • Identify emerging cultural and platform trends early and translate them into our B2B niche before they become saturated, maintaining our position as a forward-thinking market leader.
  • Move beyond vanity metrics. You will analyze watch-time data and drop-off points to relentlessly iterate on formats, doubling down on what drives follower growth and pipeline velocity.

Requirements

What You've Done Before

  • You have a proven track record (and the case studies to prove it) of growing accounts and generating millions of views through strategic short-form video.
  • You have experience recruiting, onboarding, and managing creators or influencers, moving past one-off posts into long-term performance partnerships.
  • You are an expert in narrative tension and retention editing. You know how to stop the scroll in the first 1.5 seconds.
  • You understand how to make professional services "bingeable" without sacrificing brand authority or institutional trust.

Who You Are

  • You don't wait for a content calendar. You spot a gap in the market, script the solution, and coordinate the production autonomously.
  • You use metrics to validate your creative intuition, but you understand that "virality" requires a human touch that a spreadsheet can't always predict.
  • You don't think in "posts"; you think in "franchises." You build repeatable content formats that scale and compound over time.
  • You are constantly studying platform updates and creator psychology to find the next 1% edge in distribution.

Who This Is NOT for

  • The "Aesthetic" Curator: If your main focus is on color palettes and grid layouts rather than watch-time and shareability, this is not a fit.
  • The Task-Follower: If you need a script provided to you to start filming, you will struggle in this high-autonomy role.
  • The Generalist: If you treat Reels the same way you treat a static LinkedIn post, you won't achieve the scale we are looking for.

What Success Looks Like

  • Month 1: Comprehensive audit of current social performance; first "Viral Format" pilot launched; Creator Program incentive structure finalized.
  • Month 3: A consistent 2x-3x lift in organic reach via Reels/Shorts; first cohort of 5-10 creators actively producing content under your guidelines.
  • Month 6: Organic social is a primary driver of top-of-funnel awareness; our Creator Program is a self-sustaining engine providing a constant stream of high-quality assets for the marketing team.
