Key Responsibilities:
Power BI Development: Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations in Power BI based on business requirements. Data Integration: Integrate and transform data from various sources, including relational databases, flat files, and cloud-based systems into Power BI. Microsoft Fabric: Leverage Microsoft Fabric's capabilities to enhance and streamline data workflows, and ensure the smooth transfer of data between environments (Azure, Data Lake, etc.). Data Modeling & DAX: Build and maintain complex data models using Power BI Desktop and write advanced DAX expressions to support reporting needs. ETL Processes: Use Microsoft Fabric to automate and streamline data extraction, transformation, and loading processes from a variety of data sources. Performance Optimization: Optimize Power BI reports and dashboards for performance, ensuring fast data retrieval and rendering for end users. Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver actionable insights. Troubleshooting & Support: Troubleshoot issues related to data accuracy, performance, and security within Power BI and Microsoft Fabric environments. Documentation: Document the design, development, and deployment processes to ensure best practices and knowledge sharing.
