Ping_Federate

We are seeking a highly skilled Ping Federate Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth expertise in identity and access management solutions, particularly in Ping Federate architecture, and have proven experience in Single Sign-On (SSO) protocols, Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) application integrations, and advanced customization. This role will involve hands-on configuration, policy design, monitoring setup, and ensuring secure and seamless user authentication experiences.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Implement and manage federated identity protocols, including SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect, to ensure secure and efficient authentication mechanisms.
• Knowledge of integration with PAM and IGA systems enhancing identity and access governance processes.
• Customize Ping Federate solutions to meet unique enterprise requirements, ensuring scalability and performance.
• Familiarity with migrating to and from PingFederate, including transitions from legacy IAM systems like ForgeRock
• Configuration of reports and monitoring setups in Ping Identity to track authentication trends, user activity, and system health etc.
• Configure Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR) solutions to enhance security and user accessibility.
• Design and implement robust access policies and roles in ping Federate aligned with organizational compliance and security standards
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, integrations, and processes.
• Engage with technical teams and stakeholders to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Working knowledge in PingFederate upgrades and patch fixes etc.
• Lead technical teams and ensure successful project delivery.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and collaboration.
• Certifications in Ping Identity technologies, with a focus on Ping Federate would be a plus.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining team collaboration.
