Oracle ERP Developer - Bangalore

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle ERP Developer to design, develop, test, and implement customizations and extensions in Oracle ERP applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) or Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and a deep understanding of Oracle development tools and languages such as PL/SQL, Oracle Forms/Reports, BI Publisher, and OAF or ADF.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain custom solutions within the Oracle ERP system using PL/SQL, Oracle Forms/Reports, and/or ADF/OAF.

• Collaborate with functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Design and build interfaces and integrations between Oracle ERP and other internal/external systems (using APIs, Web Services, Oracle Integration Cloud, etc.).

• Create reports and dashboards using Oracle BI Publisher or OTBI.

• Support data migrations, system upgrades, and patching activities.

• Troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related technical issues.

• Document all development work according to IT standards.

• Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and follow best practices and security guidelines.

• Participate in code reviews and support QA and UAT processes.
