Service Now Developer- Pan India

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow ITSM modules such as:
  • Incident Management
  • Problem Management
  • Change Management
  • Request Management
  • Service Catalog
  • Knowledge Management
• Work with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional ServiceNow solutions.
• Maintain and support existing ServiceNow workflows, forms, scripts, and integrations.
• Implement automation and process improvement using ServiceNow features like Flow Designer, Workflow, and Business Rules.
• Integrate ServiceNow with other tools (e.g., CMDB, monitoring systems, 3rd-party APIs).
• Ensure platform stability, performance, and compliance with internal standards.
• Participate in upgrades, patching, testing, and change control procedures.
