Job Description:
• 4-5 years of overall experience in Veeva Support and SFDC or other similar CRM application support
• Candidates with Production Support experience and working knowledge in client focused environments would be preferred
• Candidates with Team Leading and good analytical
• SFDC Admin Certification is must
• Should have good communication and stakeholder management skill
• Should have good experience to interact with the client.
• Adding advantage if having knowledge on pharma/life science
