Job Summary:
- Work on Salesforce on Service, Sales and Data Cloud building solution using Standard Functionalities and wherever necessary build custom solutions as per the business requirement.
- Work on Improving the current salesforce system with respect to any development and deployment.
- Follow the best practices of Salesforce and built solution withing the governor limits and keep in mind the max limitation during the same.
- Good Hands on building solution using Flow, LWC.
- Work Closely with product managers and business stakeholders to prioritize features and enhancements, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives and user needs.
- Organize design and architecture brainstorming sessions to foster collaboration and innovation.
- Collaborate with team members to conceptualize and implement solutions for airlines related business scenarios, ensuring they meet project requirements and standards.
- Implement responsive builds for desktop and mobile to deliver engaging and intuitive user experiences across desktop and mobile devices.
- Apply robust problem-solving skills to troubleshoot technical issues and debug code efficiently, ensuring the timely delivery and quality of digital solutions.
- Contribute and follow the UX/UI design process by providing valuable insights and recommendations to enhance the usability and accessibility of digital products, thereby improving user satisfaction.
- Actively engage in Agile ceremonies to drive iterative development and delivery of digital products, while continuously refining processes to improve efficiency and collaboration.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends, continuously enhancing technical skills and expertise in digital development, problem-solving, and UX design.
