Details:

We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced IronPort Email Security Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our email security infrastructure, with a particular focus on Cisco IronPort Email Security Appliances (ESA). A deep understanding and practical experience with email authentication protocols including SPF, DKIM, and DMARC are essential.
Responsibilities

• Design and Implement: Architect, deploy, and configure Cisco IronPort ESA solutions to meet organizational email security requirements.
• Policy Management: Develop, implement, and enforce email security policies on IronPort ESAs, including anti-spam, anti-malware, content filtering and message filtering.
• Email Authentication: Configure and manage SPF (Sender Policy Framework), DKIM (DomainKeys Identified Mail), and DMARC (Domain-based Message Authentication, Reporting & Conformance) records and policies to enhance email deliverability and prevent spoofing and phishing attacks.
• Troubleshooting & Support: Provide expert-level troubleshooting and resolution for email security incidents, mail flow issues, and IronPort ESA-related problems.
• Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor email security systems for threats, anomalies, and performance issues. Generate regular reports on email security posture and incidents.
