| Roles and Responsibilities |
Analyze and map client business requirements to SAP SD processes. Configure SAP SD modules to align with business requirements, including Sales Orders, Deliveries, Pricing, Billing, Credit Management, and Outputs. Provide support for SAP SD implementations, enhancements, upgrades, and daily operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, FI, PP, WM) to ensure smooth integration. Participate in full lifecycle SAP implementations including blueprinting, testing, go-live, and post-go-live support. Handle incident management, change requests, and bug fixing in production environments. Develop functional specifications for custom developments and coordinate with ABAP developers. Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT with business users. Document solutions, configurations, and user manuals as per project standards. Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and audit standards. |
