Develop and configure applications and modules within ServiceNow.
Design workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and integrations.
Customize ServiceNow forms, lists, and UI pages using JavaScript, HTML, and AngularJS.
Implement and maintain ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Knowledge, and Service Catalog.
Work with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
Participate in Agile/Scrum processes, including sprint planning and retrospectives.
Ensure compliance with coding standards and platform governance.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
Maintain clear documentation of configurations and customizations
