Develop and maintain custom applications and modules on the ServiceNow platform.
Implement workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and ACLs.
Customize and configure ServiceNow applications like ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, etc.
Perform system and integration testing with sample and live data.
Collaborate with functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Integrate ServiceNow with other tools via REST/SOAP APIs and MID Servers.
Maintain platform stability and ensure performance optimization.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and follow DevOps best practices.
Provide support, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for incidents and issues.
