Redwood CPS/BPA/RunMyJobs (RMJ) scheduler
• In case of non-availability of Redwood CPS/BPA/RMJ job schedule tool skillset, Control M, Tidal & Autosys skill and experience can be considered
• Specialized in design and configure the CPS/BPA/RMJ objects Job Definitions, Job Chains, Time windows, Submit Frames, Application area, Jobs setup/schedule and monitoring
• Experience in SAP Solution Manager administration, work center, Logical components, Tables, and system configuration.
• Experience in Central job overview (CJO) and Solution Manager Job scheduling management.
• Experience in understanding the SAP and non-SAP Jobs functionality and jobs setup, configuration
• Exposure in CPS/BPA/RMJ system Installation and Target System/Non-SAP systems setup and Experience in configuration of Process Servers, Queues and maintenance
• Experience in handling the CPS/BPA/RMJ Administration activities including Registry entries, technical object parameters and managing system performance and testing
• Experience in the CPS/BPA/RMJ system administration and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience in the Job Migration and Job setup activities in CPS/BPA/RMJ based on critical/complex requirements
• Experience in BW Process chains and Migrating the Process chains into CPS/BPA/RMJ and setting up alerts
• Experience in handling the HA Failover, DR activities and Planned/Unplanned downtime activities
• Experience in managing Redwood script, Triggers, Tables and Libraries
• Experience in setting up various alert and tickets functionality using Redwood Alerting Module and Audit Module
• Experience in handling day to day CPS/BPA/RMJ system monitoring and Production support activities and non-Production system and job issues
• Understanding the Inter system dependent jobs and setup based on critical dependent requirements
• Good Knowledge of function/technical understanding of the SAP Program, Variants, Target Server and other critical parameters and non-SAP Chron jobs, operating System Jobs behavior
• Experience in working with multiple teams like Basis, Security, SAP Functional, Production support, Operations and Project teams.
• Experience in handling the ServiceNow tickets and coordinate with various team to analyze the issues
• Experience in handling the Training sessions to various teams
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
b. Preferred
• Flexible work schedule – Available to work nights and/or weekends. Able to work overtime as needed.
• Expect shift coverage: Friday thru Tuesday (5days x 8hours = 6:00 AM – 2 PM PST)
• Resource should be flexible to work during two weekends in a month and "On-Call” rotation
• Good Knowledge on All SAP Modules and SAP SM36/37 job management and Non SAP (OS,Cron)Jobs
• Good understanding on Multiple job Schedulers tools like Control M, AutoSys etc.,
• Good understanding on BW Process chains and setup in CPS/BPA/RMJ along with alerts setup.
• Knowledge on Webservices configuration, RFC communications and Integration
• Some exposure and knowledge to SAP Basis Operations
