Salesforce developer- Gurugram

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Salesforce Developer to join our team and help drive our Salesforce platform development efforts. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (LWC), and third-party integrations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Flows.

• Customize Salesforce standard and custom objects, fields, page layouts, and record types.

• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools, or AppExchange products.

• Participate in full application lifecycle — requirement gathering, technical design, development, testing, and deployment.

• Collaborate with Salesforce Admins, Product Owners, and Business Analysts to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Optimize performance and scalability of solutions across large data volumes.

• Maintain documentation for system design, processes, and best practices.

• Stay up to date with Salesforce platform updates and recommend ways to leverage new features.

• Perform unit testing and support QA and UAT processes.

• Provide production support, troubleshoot bugs, and implement fixes.
