SCCM & Intune
Key Responsibilities:

SCCM Administration:
Manage and maintain the SCCM infrastructure, including site servers, distribution points, and primary/secondary sites.
Configure, deploy, and maintain software updates, operating system deployments (OSD), and application packaging.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SCCM client deployment, configuration, and management.
Perform SCCM health checks and optimize the performance of the SCCM environment.
Create and manage collections, queries, and reports within SCCM for software deployment and inventory management.

Intune Administration:
Manage the deployment, configuration, and monitoring of mobile devices and desktops via Microsoft Intune.
Implement and manage security policies, device compliance, and conditional access policies using Intune.
Configure and manage application deployment for Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices through Intune.
Administer device lifecycle management processes, including device enrollment, configuration, updates, and retirement.
Integrate Intune with Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) and other cloud-based services for seamless identity and access management.

Device Management and Security:
Ensure devices are compliant with company security policies by configuring and enforcing policies through both SCCM and Intune.
Monitor device compliance, security status, and take action as necessary to remediate issues.
Configure and manage encryption policies (BitLocker, FileVault) and endpoint protection (Windows Defender, etc.) on managed devices.

Patch Management:
Implement and manage patch management processes, ensuring that all systems are updated with the latest security patches and software updates.
Create and schedule patching tasks via SCCM and monitor their deployment status across the organization.
Conduct post-deployment validation to ensure updates do not negatively impact business operations.
