Develop, customize, and configure ServiceNow applications including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or other modules.
Design and implement workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and data integrations.
Collaborate with business analysts and process owners to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Maintain system stability, performance, and security.
Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools using REST, SOAP APIs.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and delivery.
Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, service requests, and system bugs.
