| Roles and Responsibilities |
Analyze business requirements and map them to SAP SD solutions. Configure SAP SD modules including sales order processing, pricing, billing, shipping, and credit management. Work on end-to-end implementation projects, enhancements, and support engagements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integration with MM, FI, WM, and other modules. Design and execute unit tests, integration tests, and user acceptance tests (UAT). Create and maintain functional specifications for custom developments (WRICEF: Workflow, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms). Troubleshoot and resolve production issues within SLA. Assist in data migration activities related to customer master, pricing, and sales transactions. Provide training and documentation for business users and super users. Participate in rollout and upgrade projects (e.g., ECC to S/4HANA). |
