Oracle HCM Consultant- Hyderabad

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Consultant to support and implement Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, and more, and will be responsible for configuring, customizing, and troubleshooting Oracle HCM Cloud solutions. This role is critical in ensuring seamless HR operations and enhancing HR system efficiency across the organization.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oracle HCM Implementation:

    • Lead or support the implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud modules including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, Recruiting, Learning, and Compensation.

    • Work with business stakeholders and project teams to gather requirements and deliver Oracle HCM solutions that meet the organization's needs.

    • Configure HCM Cloud modules based on business requirements and functional specifications.

  2. System Configuration & Customization:

    • Perform end-to-end configuration of Oracle HCM Cloud, including HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Performance Management modules.

    • Customize Oracle HCM applications using Oracle tools such as Fast Formulas, BI Publisher, and Application Composer.

    • Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards for business and HR analytics.

  3. Integration & Data Management:

    • Integrate Oracle HCM with other enterprise applications (e.g., finance, recruiting systems, and learning management systems).

    • Manage data migration from legacy HR systems to Oracle HCM Cloud.

    • Perform data cleansing, validation, and troubleshooting for successful data migration.

  4. System Maintenance & Support:

    • Provide post-implementation support for the Oracle HCM Cloud system.

    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the Oracle HCM Cloud environment, ensuring minimal disruption to HR operations.

    • Manage system upgrades and patches in line with Oracle's release schedule and organizational requirements.

  5. User Training & Documentation:

    • Develop and deliver end-user training on Oracle HCM Cloud applications.

    • Prepare detailed system documentation, user guides, and process flow diagrams for Oracle HCM users and administrators.

    • Assist HR teams in understanding system capabilities and best practices.

  6. Continuous Improvement & Optimization:

    • Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to the Oracle HCM Cloud implementation.

    • Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle HCM Cloud features, best practices, and industry trends.

    • Identify process inefficiencies and propose solutions to improve system performance and HR processes.

  7. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:

    • Collaborate closely with IT teams, HR teams, business analysts, and third-party vendors to ensure effective implementation and support.

    • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure that business requirements are met.


Qualifications:

  • Education:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).

  • Experience:

    • Minimum of [3-5 years] of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation or support.

    • Proven experience in implementing and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Talent Management, etc.).

    • Experience working with HR business processes, data management, and system integration.

    • Familiarity with Oracle HCM Cloud reporting tools like BI Publisher, OTBI, and Smart View
