Finance Executive

Financial Strategy and Leadership:

• Lead the development and execution of the company's long-term financial strategy and objectives.

• Provide expert financial guidance to senior leadership and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment of financial goals with overall business objectives.

• Drive financial planning and forecasting efforts, including budgeting, cash flow management, and profitability analysis.

Financial Reporting and Analysis:

• Oversee the preparation and presentation of accurate and timely financial reports, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.

• Analyze financial data and performance trends to identify areas for improvement, cost-saving opportunities, and revenue growth.

• Ensure that financial reporting complies with industry regulations, corporate policies, and accounting standards (GAAP, IFRS, etc.).

Financial Operations Management:

• Supervise day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions.

• Manage the finance team to ensure efficient operations and proper financial record-keeping.

• Oversee the preparation and filing of tax returns, ensuring compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal tax regulations.

Internal Controls and Risk Management:

• Develop, implement, and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accuracy and integrity in financial reporting.

• Identify financial risks, recommend mitigation strategies, and oversee risk management activities to ensure business continuity and financial stability.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, including audits and government regulations.
