Business Intelligence and Analytics Tools

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Finance, Operations, etc.) to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

• Optimize SQL queries and stored procedures for large-scale data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).

• Develop and maintain data models (star/snowflake schemas) and data marts for reporting and analysis.

• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all BI deliverables.

• Automate recurring reports and establish self-service BI platforms where possible.

• Conduct ad hoc analysis to support strategic business decisions.

• Work with data engineers and architects to improve data pipelines and infrastructure.

• Provide training and support to business users on BI tools and best practices.
