| Job Description: About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Triggers, Flows, and Service Cloud. The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience and the ability to design scalable and high-performing solutions. Key Responsibilities: Develop and customize Salesforce applications using LWC, Apex, Triggers, Visualforce, and Flows. Configure and enhance Service Cloud features such as Cases, Knowledge, Omnichannel, and Service Console. Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to convert requirements into robust solutions. Ensure code quality, adherence to best practices, and compliance with Salesforce governor limits. Maintain and optimize integrations with external systems through APIs and middleware. Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning of Salesforce applications. Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and apply new features where relevant. Required Skills & Qualifications: 5+ years of Salesforce development experience. Strong hands-on expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC). Proficiency in Apex classes, Triggers, SOQL/SOSL, and automation using Flows. Solid understanding of Service Cloud processes and configurations. Experience with Salesforce APIs, integrations, and third-party applications. Good understanding of Salesforce security model, sharing rules, and best practices. Salesforce Platform Developer I/II or Service Cloud Consultant certification(s) preferred. |
Exposure to Sales Cloud/Experience Cloud.
Experience with CI/CD tools (Copado, Git, Jenkins).
Familiarity with Agile methodology.
