Experience in software development or technical support or operations experience. Excellent troubleshooting, debugging and problem-solving skills.Expertise in Linux System Administration.Knowledge in Systems and multi-tier application and Network Troubleshooting.Scripting languages (Python or JavaScript).Expertise in CORE Java concepts and JavaScript.Experience with load balancing principles (F5 & Avi).Familiarity with infrastructure/cloud technologies (GCP, AWS, Azure) preferred.Familiarity with configuration management and automation (e.g. Puppet, Ansible).Experience with GitOps and OaC preferred. Demonstrable knowledge of • Terraform, Jenkins, Artifactory, a strong plus.Experience with managing incidents.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Experience handling Incident Management.
