Microsoft IAM

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage Identity and Access Management solutions using Microsoft technologies (Azure AD, Microsoft Entra ID, etc.).

• Configure and maintain Azure AD Connect, SAML/OAuth integrations, Single Sign-On (SSO), and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).

• Develop and enforce Conditional Access and Identity Protection policies to enhance security posture.

• Manage lifecycle of identities and entitlements using Microsoft Entra ID Governance.

• Support Privileged Identity Management (PIM) for controlling access to sensitive resources.

• Monitor IAM-related systems for anomalies, breaches, or violations using Microsoft Defender and Log Analytics.

• Collaborate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and compliance teams to align IAM solutions with enterprise security strategies.

• Automate identity-related processes using PowerShell, Graph API, or Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM).

• Conduct regular access reviews, audits, and compliance reporting.

• Stay up to date on new Microsoft IAM features, tools, and industry best practices.
