The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining integrations between Workday and external systems. Strong expertise in Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Web Services (SOAP/REST) is essential.
- Design and develop integrations using Workday Integration Cloud tools:
- Workday Studio
- EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder)
- Core Connectors
- Cloud Connect
- Document Transformation
- Workday Web Services (SOAP, REST)
- Build and maintain inbound/outbound integrations with third-party systems including payroll, benefits, and finance platforms.
- Configure and support Cloud Connect packages (e.g., Payroll, Benefits, HCM, Financials).
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and troubleshooting of integrations.
- Partner with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Monitor integration performance and resolve issues proactively.
- Maintain documentation for all integration processes and support knowledge transition.
- Minimum 6 years of hands-on Workday integration experience.
- Strong experience with Workday Integration Cloud including:
- Workday Studio
- Core Connectors
- Cloud Connect
- EIB
- Proficient in XSLT, XML, XPath, web services (SOAP/REST), and Workday API integrations.
- Experience with integration frameworks, error handling, and log management.
- Knowledge of data privacy, security standards, and Workday security domains.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology is a plus.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Workday certifications (e.g., Studio, Integrations, Cloud Connect).
- Experience with Workday Extend, Workday Prism, or BIRT reporting is a plus.
- Exposure to Workday modules such as HCM, Payroll, Financials.
