Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced IAM Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) with a strong focus on MS Entra ID Solutions. This role involves implementation, engineering, and enhancements of IAM solutions, ensuring robust security and seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement, engineer, and enhance MS Entra ID Solutions.

• Utilize Entra Governance module to manage employee onboarding and offboarding workflows.

• Set up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and fine-tune conditional access policies.

• Onboard and configure Single Sign-On (SSO) applications using SAML, OAuth 2.0, etc.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure IAM solutions meet business requirements.

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IAM-related issues.

• Stay updated with the latest IAM trends and technologies to continuously improve our systems.

• Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 7-9 years of experience in the IAM domain.

• Proven knowledge of MS Entra ID Solutions.

• Experience with Entra Governance module, specifically with LCM workflows.

• Knowledge of setting-up Entra ID Monitoring and reporting

• Expertise in MFA setup and conditional access policy fine-tuning.

• Hands-on experience with SSO applications and protocols such as SAML and OAuth 2.0.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Certifications such as AZ 900, SC300, SC900 are preferred.

• Experience in a similar role within a large organization.
