Oracle HCM
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze client HR business processes and map them to Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.
Configure Oracle HCM Cloud modules based on business requirements.
Lead or support Oracle HCM implementations, upgrades, and rollouts.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, provide recommendations, and deliver high-quality solutions.
Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
Develop functional design documents, test cases, and training materials.
Perform system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Support data migration, data validation, and report development.
Coordinate with technical teams for customizations, integrations (e.g., REST/SOAP APIs), and reporting (BI Publisher, OTBI).
Stay updated on Oracle HCM Cloud updates/releases and provide impact analysis.
