| We are looking for a skilled and experienced Solution Expert with 4-6 years of experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining storage solutions, ensuring optimal performance, availability, and security of data. He/She should ensure integration and compatibility with other storage platforms. | |
| Key Responsibilities: | |
| Responsible for provisioning, configuring, troubleshooting, and optimizing storage solutions. | |
| Ensure seamless integration of storage with various operating systems (and virtualization platforms. | |
| Ensure the system's reliability, security, and performance, providing expert support and troubleshooting. | |
| Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations related to data protection and implementing security measures to protect storage systems and data. | |
| Provides technical support for the study and implementation phases of complex regional projects. | |
| Provides technical support for projects and manages MSP delivery. | |
| Develop and maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and installation guides. | |
| Participate in incident, change, and problem management processes as per ITIL standards. | |
| Collaborate with architects, developers, and infrastructure teams to support deployments and integrations. | |
| Vendor management and reporting activities. | |
| Required Skills & Qualifications: | |
| 4-6 years of experience in deploying and administering NetApp and Hitachi Storage. | |
| Experience in implementing and managing data protection solutions (e.g., snapshots, replication, backup). | |
| Experience in troubleshooting performance issues and conducting root cause analysis. | |
| Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills. |
