| Role Description: | "We are seeking an experienced SAP Focused Run and Cloud ALM Operations Automation Specialist to drive the implementation and management of SAP Focused Run and Cloud ALM solutions. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient monitoring, observability, and operations of SAP S4HANA and Business Technology Platform (BTP) and associated SaaS/PaaS applications.Key Responsibilities:Lead the setup and configuration of SAP Cloud ALM for operations, focusing on BTP platform monitoring, observability, and integration with Focused Run (FRun).Drive continued adoption and enhancement of SAP Focused Run monitoring functionalities, supporting the S4HANA Digital Core and key SAP landscapes.Define and design the overall technical governance for selected BTP-hosted SaaS, PaaS applications, and cloud extensions.Design and execute Proof of Concept (PoC) and full implementation of business process monitoring core ERP processes in S4HANA using Cloud ALM.Oversee the availability monitoring using SAP Focused Run, ensuring high availability and performance.Explore and implement additional SAP operations modules in Cloud ALM as required.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of operations monitoring with business needs.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.5+ years of experience in SAP technical operations, ALM, and monitoring solutions.Strong expertise in SAP Focused Run, SAP Cloud ALM and SAP BTP and observability solutionsExperience in business process monitoring will be a plus.Knowledge of SAP SaaS/PaaS applications and extensions and monitoring setup around them.Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.Strong communication and collaboration abilities." |
