Details
  1. Minimum 5 Years of experience with FIM / MIM 2016 (Microsoft Identity Manager) Synchronization Service.
  2. Should be able to do configurations of MAs, troubleshooting of Sync issues and import export failures.
  3. Should have understanding of Galsync process with MIM.
  4. Should possess L3 Level Troubleshooting skill in MIM for Mailbox / User provisioning issues.
  5. Should have knowledge of Metaverse rules extensions and MA Rules extensions for user and Mailbox provisioning using dll. Will required to co-ordinate the C# code change for modifications in logic for user provisioning or other processes as per customer request.
  6. Good understanding of Active directory and user account management in AD
  7. Basic understanding of LDAP is needed.
  8. Should be well versed with MS SQL database used for MIM and should have basic understanding of backups / restore processes and SQL queries for user properties check.
  9. Should have experience with AD Connect tool user for Hybrid identity provisioning and AD Connect management such as Sync rules configurations.
  10. PowerShell knowledge to manage AD Connect tool for troubleshooting and managing Staging and Prod environments.
  11. Managing the server infrastructure such as applying security hotfixes as and when released and keeping the servers up to date.
  12. Responsible for upgrading the IDAM tools to latest released versions as per Microsoft.
  13. Azure SSO configuration for Enterprise applications for SAML and ODIC based applications integration.
  14. Preparing the weekly deck for clients for the projects / BAU updates.
  15. Providing KT to team and guiding them to resolve support tickets.
