| Roles and Responsibilities |
Perform daily administration tasks for SAP systems (ECC, S/4HANA, BW, PI/PO, etc.). Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to SAP application and database. Manage SAP transport system and coordinate transport requests using STMS. Conduct SAP kernel upgrades, support package implementations, and patch management. Perform system refreshes, client copies, and system copies. Implement and manage database backups, restores, and disaster recovery plans. Manage user administration, role assignments, and system security. Collaborate with development and functional teams for issue resolution and change management. Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with operational policies. Support SAP systems hosted on cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) if applicable. |
