Develop, customize, and maintain Oracle EBS R12 modules (e.g., AP, AR, GL, PO, INV, OM, HRMS)
Design and implement technical solutions including interfaces, conversions, extensions, workflows, and reports (RICEW components)
Create PL/SQL procedures, packages, views, and functions to support business processes
Develop custom Oracle Forms, Reports, and BI Publisher templates
Use Oracle APIs and Open Interfaces for data migration and integration
Collaborate with functional and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver enhancements
Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and implement fixes
Work on performance tuning and optimization of database queries and application code
Document technical designs and maintain code versioning (e.g., Git, SVN)
