Frontend and UI/UX Designer- Pune

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and creative Frontend Developer & UI/UX Designer to join our team. This hybrid role requires strong proficiency in frontend development along with a keen eye for user-centric design. You will be responsible for designing engaging user experiences and bringing them to life with clean, efficient code.

Key Responsibilities:

Frontend Development

• Develop responsive and performant web interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, Angular).

• Convert UI/UX designs into fully functional user interfaces.

• Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless data flow.

• Optimize applications for speed and scalability.

• Maintain code quality, organization, and automation.

UI/UX Design

• Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces and user flows for web and mobile platforms.

• Conduct user research, create personas, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.

• Use tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar for design tasks.

• Conduct usability testing and incorporate user feedback into iterative designs.

• Ensure brand consistency and accessibility (WCAG) compliance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• Proven experience in both frontend development and UI/UX design.

• Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and at least one modern JavaScript framework (React preferred).

• Proficiency in UI/UX design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.

• Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.

• Good communication skills and a strong portfolio demonstrating previous work.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with TypeScript, Next.js, or Tailwind CSS.

• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).

• Knowledge of motion design or basic animation (e.g., Lottie, Framer Motion).

• Experience working in agile development environments.
