Design, configure, and maintain SCCM infrastructure, including site servers, distribution points, and management points.
Create and manage task sequences for OS deployment (OSD).
Package, test, and deploy software and security updates to end-user systems.
Perform patch management and compliance reporting using SCCM and WSUS.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot SCCM-related issues.
Integrate SCCM with other Microsoft tools (e.g., Intune, Azure AD).
Maintain hardware/software inventory and generate reports as required.
Work with security teams to ensure systems are compliant with organizational policies.
Provide end-user support related to SCCM deployments and configurations.
