Develop knowledge-based agents
Design flows and intents for seamless user experience
Conduct internal testing and validation
Refine and optimize agents
Monitoring and logging
Support the development , testing, deployment end-to end
Provide necessary KT and guidance to the team
Coordinate/communicate with Client along with various teams on daily basis
