- 4+ years of IT experience
- Develop and optimize AI chatbot algorithms and workflows to improve user experience and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to assess and incorporate business needs into chatbot development.
- Design and implement natural language processing NLP models for chatbot conversations. Utilize machine learning techniques to improve chatbot understanding and responses.
- Strong product knowledge of virtual assistants, chatbots, Conversational Generative AI, Agent Assist, bonus if have Voice bot experience.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Takes initiative and has an analytical mindset, makes data driven decisions, always focused on driving value and elevating the customer experience in the product features being delivered.
- Good understanding of Agile and Kanban methodologies.
