Operating System Support: Provide support for a variety of operating systems, including Windows, Linux, and macOS, ensuring the availability and reliability of systems.
Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to operating systems, applications, and network connectivity. Resolve escalated tickets and issues from internal teams or end-users.
System Maintenance & Updates: Perform regular system maintenance, patch management, and updates to ensure systems are running optimally and securely.
Installation & Configuration: Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software, and hardware for workstations and servers.
System Performance Monitoring: Monitor system performance and resource utilization. Analyze logs, identify performance bottlenecks, and take corrective actions as needed.
Documentation & Reporting: Create and maintain documentation related to operating system setups, troubleshooting guides, and known issues. Ensure accurate logging of issues, resolutions, and other technical activities.
