Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Salesforce DevOps Engineer with hands-on expertise in Copado to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing Salesforce deployments, version control, and CI/CD processes, leveraging Copado to streamline release management and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end release processes using Copado in a multi-org Salesforce environment.

• Configure and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Copado, integrating with tools like Git, Jira, Jenkins, etc.

• Oversee branching strategies, version control, and code promotions across sandboxes and production.

• Collaborate with developers, admins, QA, and stakeholders to coordinate release schedules.

• Troubleshoot deployment issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive solutions.

• Maintain and enhance Copado configurations, custom jobs, and automated quality checks.

• Ensure compliance with Salesforce DevOps best practices.

• Provide training and support on Copado usage to internal teams.
