As a Development lead – Lead SAP ABAP projects through all project phases starting from requirements gathering, analysis through testing and productive implementation
Manage estimations, work plans, staffing, delivery and quality of RICEF objects on projects handling between 25-30 resources.
RICEF management included delivery of all reports, forms (Smart Forms, SAP Script, data conversion objects, Interfaces and Enhancements.
Perform high-level analysis of business processes and requirements and architect custom end-to-end solutions that meet those requirements on price/performance/scalability.
Assist in system test, performance test and other user tests (includes project, enhancement and issue resolution).
