Gather business requirements and design solutions in SAP SD.
Configure SAP SD module (Order to Cash processes, pricing, billing, delivery, etc.).
Integrate SD with other SAP modules (MM, FI, WM, etc.).
Conduct unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.
Support go-live and post-implementation activities.
Analyze and resolve incidents and change requests.
Document functional specifications and configuration changes.
Train end users and provide ongoing support.
