Identity and Access Management - Bangalore, Kolkata

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain IAM systems and solutions (e.g., Okta, SailPoint, Azure AD, CyberArk).

• Administer user access provisioning, de-provisioning, and role-based access control (RBAC).

• Implement and manage Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Federation solutions.

• Collaborate with IT and business units to define and enforce identity governance policies.

• Monitor and audit user access and behavior to ensure compliance with internal controls and external regulations (e.g., SOX, HIPAA, GDPR).

• Troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related incidents and service requests.

• Assist in the design and execution of periodic access reviews and certification campaigns.

• Support IAM integration with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-premise applications.

• Stay current with emerging trends, technologies, and threats in the IAM space.
