VMware Infrastructure Management:
Administer, configure, and maintain VMware vSphere environments (vCenter, ESXi) for production and development systems. Deploy and manage VMware vSphere hosts, virtual machines (VMs), storage, and networking resources. Oversee VMware vMotion, DRS (Distributed Resource Scheduler), and HA (High Availability) for optimal load balancing and system uptime.

Performance Monitoring & Optimization:
Monitor and optimize virtualized environments for performance, resource utilization, and capacity planning. Utilize VMware tools (vRealize Operations, vSphere Client, etc.) to troubleshoot and resolve performance issues. Perform regular health checks and system tuning to enhance virtual machine and host performance.

Backup and Disaster Recovery:
Implement and maintain backup and recovery solutions for VMware-based systems (e.g., Veeam, Commvault, or similar tools). Design and test disaster recovery (DR) plans for virtualized environments to ensure business continuity in case of failure. Ensure effective VM snapshot management, backup schedules, and restore processes.

VMware vSAN and Storage Management:
Implement and manage vSAN (Virtual SAN) to provide software-defined storage solutions within the VMware environment. Administer and optimize storage provisioning, storage policies, and troubleshooting storage-related issues in a virtualized environment.
