Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for ETL processes.
Validate data transformation rules and ensure that the ETL process moves data correctly from source to target.
Perform data quality and data integrity checks across large data sets.
Conduct functional, integration, regression, and system testing of ETL applications.
Write complex SQL queries to test data transformation and validation logic.
Log and track defects using defect management tools and work with developers to resolve issues.
Document test results, issues found, and create test summary reports.
Work closely with developers, data engineers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure test coverage and quality deliverables.
Perform root cause analysis of data issues and assist in troubleshooting.
