- Be the face of the CoE and represent the function from a technology point of view in all relevant forums.
- Acts as a gate keeper ensuring strong governance is applied and managed at all levels of the process and ensuring the adherence to the defined design standards and best practices
- Execute systems strategy and contribute to it according to advancements in the technology or the business processes surrounding the system.
- Working with Third parties to ensuring the business receives value whether acquiring a new technology or executing a defined implementation.
- Support Organizational leaders in the decision-making process when acquiring, replacing or refining new ApplicationsModules or TechnologyReview, discuss and challenge requests of the Centre of Excellence with business end users to best understand and support the business and meet requirements
- Work with SAP Lead and SMEs to design system enhancements and prepare effort time estimates for review and approval
- Ability to understand and articulate the interactions between business functions, processes and IT components how the individual parts interact with and impact the whole
- Demonstrable experience of maintaining knowledge of innovative, cutting-edge and emerging technology trends and solutions,
- Must have SAP HXM consultant Background
