Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Microsoft Power BI based on business requirements.
Translate complex business needs into data models and visualization strategies.
Create and optimize data models using Power BI Desktop, including DAX measures and calculated columns.
Connect and transform data from various sources (SQL, Excel, SharePoint, APIs, etc.) using Power Query (M Language).
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define KPIs, and improve reporting strategies.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance of reports and dashboards.
Implement row-level security (RLS), permissions, and access controls in Power BI Service.
Schedule and maintain data refreshes and troubleshoot report performance or data issues.
