Siebel Admin
Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and manage Siebel CRM components (Gateway Server, Enterprise Server, Application Server, Web Server).
Monitor Siebel environments for performance, availability, and reliability.
Perform deployments, migrations, and upgrades of Siebel applications and tools.
Administer Siebel Security (users, roles, responsibilities) and SSO integration.
Troubleshoot issues related to Siebel services, workflows, EAI, EIM, and CTI integration.
Manage and maintain Siebel batch jobs, server components, and logs.
Support Siebel tools and repository configurations (repository merge, patching).
Ensure environment backups, disaster recovery planning, and failover testing.
Coordinate with Siebel developers, DBAs, infrastructure, and business teams.
Implement and enforce change control processes for Siebel environments.
Prepare and maintain system documentation, SOPs, and architecture diagrams.
