About this Position

This Position aims to drive revenue growth and expand market presence within an assigned geographic area by combining technical expertise with strong sales skills. The objective is to identify new business opportunities, build and maintain long-term customer relationships, understand client technical requirements, and provide tailored product or solution recommendations. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, increasing market penetration, supporting customers with technical guidance, and contributing to overall business growth through strategic territory management.

What youll do

  • Execute sales strategy and develops action plans for area of responsibility in line with strategic priorities
  • Coordinate execution of customer roadmap and ensures closure of CRM (e.g. ACE) projects
  • Actively manage implementation of price strategy in the region
  • Build and maintain solid relationships with customers in the assigned territory
  • Drive implementation of key strategic initiatives in sales area
  • Deliver sales and distribution targets (KP OSG and PC % and / or GP% targets) in sales area
  • Lead, coach and mentor sales team members and ensure their respective education and development
  • Ensure efficient geographical coverage and cross-selling opportunities to achieve full business potential
  • Coordinate tasks between key interfaces and ensure fulfillment of administrative tasks
  • Collaborate with Mark-g, CS, SC etc. to ensure full internal support for sales team
  • Ensure compliant execution of sales processes (e.g. pricing, customer data management, Hands on Demo, DG Activity)
  • Provide sales forecast for the sales area and monitors key KPIs
  • Manage relationships and plans with distribution partners, monitors their financial performance
