Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your DevOps and CI/CD expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.
You'll play a key role in designing and optimizing scalable DevOps architectures and CI/CD pipelines, ensuring seamless integration and delivery of software applications. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (development, QA, operations), evaluate and recommend tools and technologies, lead the implementation of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices, and much more.
You'll specifically take care of fostering a culture of collaboration and efficiency across teams, but also ensuring the scalability, reliability, and security of cloud-based infrastructures.
We'll look to you for:
Contributing to the elaboration of product/system specifications & architecture, in collaboration with cross-functional teams
Defining software requirements specifications and functional requirements
Ensuring traceability of software requirements through the development cycle
Designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines using GitLab for automated build, test, and deployment
Architecting and managing containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes
Developing and maintaining Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and Ansible
Implementing GitOps workflows using ArgoCD for continuous delivery
Monitoring and optimizing system performance using tools like Prometheus and Grafana
Mentoring and guiding junior engineers while fostering a culture of continuous improvement
Ensuring the scalability, reliability, and security of cloud-native applications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Software Engineering
10+ years of experience in software development and architecture, with a strong focus on DevOps and CI/CD practices
Proficiency in multiple programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, Go) and scripting languages (e.g., Bash, PowerShell)
Extensive experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI) and version control systems (e.g., Git)
Strong knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration tools
In-depth understanding of cloud platforms and services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
Experience with automation frameworks and configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Chef, Puppet)
Certification in DevOps or relevant architecture frameworks (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer) is a plus
Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack)
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically and independently
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and lead projects autonomously
Understanding of the railway domain, particularly in signalling, power supply, or system engineering, is a bonus
