Lead Business Analyst - IT
Responsibilities
Evaluate cross-functional business processes and models for optimal delivery solutions.
Should be able to lead impact analysis at team level and lead to expected outcomes adhering to deadlines
Write business requirements, functional specifications and prepare delivery release documents
Assist the Program manager and PO in building project roadmaps for high performance and critical project priorities.
Facilitate and lead data quality measures, evaluate test management strategy and impact of updated service and
operational level agreements.
Build good understanding and knowledge of functional/applicative architecture
Prioritize business needs, upstream and downstream systems to create synergy, and synchronize deliveries by
partnering with PO.
Facilitate solution designs and changes by conducting program-level complex business and systems/process analysis.
Should be able to motivate and lead team to follow Agile methodologies and ceremonies

1. Liquidity management principles (local & group level)
2. Cash flow forecasting and intraday liquidity
3. Funding vs deployment of excess liquidity
4. Nostro/Vostro account management
5. Liquidity buffers and pools (entity / currency based)
6. Strong familiarity on LCR, NSFR
Soft skills:
- Good problem-solving skills,
- Proficient in communicating and accountability of tasks
We are looking for a seasoned candidate who has expertise on Axway's Integration Suite (v2.4) & Financial Accounting Hub tools (v3.0).
Candidate is required to know:
1. Liquidity management principles (local and group level)
2. Cash flow forecasting and intraday liquidity
3. Funding vs deployment of excess liquidity
4. Nostro/Vostro liquidity management
5. Liqudity buffers and pools
6. LCR and NSFR
We are working on a critical project to upgrade the Axway Integration suite to FAH and look for candidates who are hands on, self-driven and will take things to logical closure.
