Senior Analyst - Data Quality

Design, develop, and support enterpriselevel Power BI dashboards under established governance and control frameworks

Work closely with data owners, data stewards, and IT teams to ensure dashboards align with data governance standards, definitions, and controls

Implement and maintain strong data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks within reporting solutions

Support production dashboards, including monitoring, issue resolution, and controlled enhancements

Perform data extraction, transformation, and validation using SQL to ensure accuracy and consistency of reporting

Develop advanced Power BI models using DAX measures, calculated columns, and optimized data models

Use Python for automation, data handling, and operational reporting support where required

Ensure dashboards meet audit, risk, and compliance expectations in a regulated environment

Contribute to documentation for dashboards, controls, and governance artifacts

Proactively identify data quality issues, control gaps, and reporting risks, and drive remediation

Communicate clearly with stakeholders, including senior management, on data issues, insights, and reporting outcomes

6-7 years of handson experience in Power BI

Strong experience with Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service

Advanced expertise in DAX, including measures and calculated columns

Strong SQL skills for data extraction, validation, and analysis

Working knowledge of Python for automation and data handling

Solid understanding of data quality, controls, and validation frameworks

Experience supporting production dashboards under governance and control requirements

Preferred

Experience in Data Quality reporting and/or Risk / Management reporting

Familiarity with data governance, data controls, or audit processes

Experience working in regulated or large enterprise environments

Exposure to Power Automate for workflow or reporting automation
